How do I add a title?
Open Search, find the movie or series, and tap to add it to your library.
Where can I watch a title?
Open a title's details to see the streaming services that currently carry it. Availability depends on your region and can change.
How are recommendations generated?
They're based on the titles in your library and refresh as your shelf grows. Give feedback to tune them.
How do I manage or cancel my ReelShelf Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. If you bought Pro on another device, tap Restore purchase on the paywall.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Profile → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and removes all your data. Alternatively, email support@reelshelf.uk and we'll delete it within 30 days.
My data isn't syncing.
Confirm you're signed in with the same Apple ID and have a network connection. If it persists, contact support.
